Reed Hockstedler

Reed Hockstedler is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in sales excellence and advisory roles. Currently serving as an Advisor for the Recreational Crab Shrimp Advisory Committee with the State of Washington since March 2021, Reed collaborates with the Department of Fish and Wildlife to evaluate crab and shrimp seasons and regulations. At Microsoft, Reed has held multiple roles since October 2005, culminating in the position of Senior Director, Sales Excellence, where responsibilities include overseeing a diverse global team and managing enterprise sales operations. Previous roles at Microsoft, such as Business Operations Manager and Sales Excellence Operations Manager, involved driving significant revenue growth and implementing strategic initiatives.
