Rishan Barat

Rishan Barat currently serves as the Sr. Director of Sales Excellence for Americas SMC at Microsoft, leading a team focused on Sales Excellence and Strategy across the US, Canada, and Latin America for Corporate and SMB segments. Prior roles at Microsoft included Director of Business Applications, where Rishan led senior Sales Executives in the Northeast US for Business Applications solutions, and previously held the role of Director for Business Applications in Canada. Rishan's experience also encompasses significant leadership positions at Oracle as Regional Vice President for the Mid Atlantic, Sales Leader in Enterprise Business at Hewlett Packard Enterprise, and various sales leadership roles at Sage. Rishan is a graduate of the Executive Leadership Program from Harvard Business School.
