Ruby Chen

Ruby Chen is a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist at MicroStrategy, where Ruby has been employed since July 2017. Prior to this role, Ruby served as an HR Manager at Hangzhou Flyby Technology Co., Ltd from May 2016 to June 2017 and worked as a Human Resources Consultant at Shanghai NormStar Group from June 2015 to April 2016. Ruby holds a Master's degree in Organizational Change Management from the City University of Hong Kong (2013-2014) and a Bachelor's degree in International Management from Ritsumeikan Asia Pacific University (2009-2013). Ruby completed secondary education at Hangzhou Foreign Languages School, graduating with a High School Diploma in 2009.
