Jennifer Bowden

Jennifer Bowden is a transportation planner and GIS specialist with Mid-Missouri Regional Planning Commission. Jennifer has a background in budgeting and planning, and has coordinated several EDA funded projects. Jennifer is also an outdoor educator and has worked with Columbia Center for Urban Agriculture and Missouri Healthy Food AmeriCorps.

Jennifer Bowden holds a Professional Certificate in Geographic Information Science and Cartography from Michigan State University, a Master of Public Affairs in Public Policy from the University of Missouri-Columbia, and a Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of Missouri-Columbia.
