Ralph Luberda

Ralph Luberda currently serves as the Vice President of the Eastern Division at Midas International, a position held since September 2024. Previously, Ralph held various roles at TBC Corporation, including Senior National Director of Sales & Operations and National Director of Sales & Operations from December 2019 to September 2024. Ralph also worked at Midas International-TBC as a Regional Sales Manager and Franchise Business Consultant from June 2017 to December 2019. Ralph's career began at Bridgestone Americas, where roles ranged from Store Manager to District Manager from April 1994 to May 2017. Ralph obtained an Associate of Science degree in Business Management from the Florida Institute of Technology between 1990 and 1994.
