Dr. Pao Lo

Dr. Pao Lo, MBA, PMP, SSBB, currently serves as Vice President of Network Engineering at Midcontinent since May 2020. Previous roles include Director of Engineering at Armstrong Utilities, Inc., where Dr. Lo led a team in transforming the HFC and RFoG network to GPON and XGS-PON, and Sr. Director positions at Comcast Cable, focusing on operational support and network maintenance across various divisions. Dr. Lo's extensive experience encompasses fiscal planning and implementation of next-generation technologies at Charter Communications, as well as roles in network engineering and project management at companies like Catawba County Public Schools and MCI Worldcom. Educational qualifications include an Educational Doctorate in Organizational Leadership from Pepperdine University and multiple professional certifications in Project Management and Six Sigma.
