Kees Boon

Kees Boon is an experienced culinary professional and disability care assistant, currently working as a disability care assistant and cook at Middin since July 2020. Kees has a diverse culinary background, including roles as a sous chef at Eetcafe de oude stoep, event specialist at Eet & Proeflokaal De Kurk, and managing partner at Dulce de Leche, where responsibilities included menu creation, staff training, and quality maintenance. Additionally, Kees has volunteered with organizations such as Ipse de Bruggen and Thuisafgehaald, providing personalized support and preparing meals for those in need. Kees holds qualifications from ROC Zadkine and Albeda College in Food & Beverage management.
