Marysa Raymond

Marysa Raymond is the Director of Asset Management at Middle Street Partners, LLC, overseeing real estate development and investments in multifamily properties across the Southeastern and Southwestern United States since December 2024. Prior experience includes extensive involvement with the National Apartment Association from October 2011 to December 2024, holding multiple leadership roles such as Marketing and Communications Committee Chair and Vice Chair of the PAC Ambassador Committee, while also being recognized as a Megan McCadden Leadership Lyceum Scholarship recipient in 2012. In addition, Marysa served as Vice President of Institutional Sales at Entrata from January 2021 to November 2024 and held senior roles at Greystar and Riverstone Residential Group, demonstrating a strong background in property management and operations in various markets. Marysa is a College of Charleston alumna, holding a degree in Corporate Communication focused on Business Communication and Marketing.
