Molly Miller

Molly Miller serves as the VP/Project Manager at The Middlefield Banking Company since November 2023. Prior to this role, Molly held various leadership positions at Farmers & Merchants State Bank from 2013 to 2022, including VP/Sr. E-Banking and Product Lifecycle Manager, where responsibilities included leading product lifecycle development and enhancing market share through digital channel acquisition. Molly also managed Deposit Services and E-Commerce, overseeing significant operations and implementing customer-centric digital banking solutions. Earlier experience includes serving as the Director of Technology at Edon Northwest Schools and as an Information Technology Consultant at Quest IV, Inc. and Penrod & George, CPA's. Molly holds a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration from Bowling Green State University and an Executive Leadership Certificate from the Wisconsin School of Business, alongside further education at the Graduate School of Banking at the University of Wisconsin - Madison.
