Roy Simone

Roy Simone is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in commercial real estate lending. Currently serving as Senior Managing Director at MidFirst Bank since August 2015, Roy specializes in originating non-recourse fixed rate commercial real estate loans. Prior to this role, Roy held notable positions at Wells Fargo from September 1997 to August 2015, including Senior Vice President in the Special Situations Group and SVP Senior Producer, where responsibilities encompassed managing a substantial loan portfolio and originating loans for CMBS. Roy's career began at American General Life Insurance from June 1993 to September 1997 as Regional Director, focusing on the management and liquidation of a significant commercial real estate portfolio.
