Anthena Gore

Anthena Gore serves as the Program Director for Urban Outreach within the Thriving Communities Grantmaking Program at the Midwest Environmental Justice Network, a position held since August 2024. Additionally, Anthena is the Founding Principal of Colere LLC, a practice focused on systemic design and social innovation. Previous roles include Design Research Lead and Senior Design Researcher at Greater Good Studio from October 2022 to August 2024, and an advisor with the Aya Wisdom Council at Prince Charitable Trusts. Notable experience includes serving as a Strategist for Water Programs at Elevate, where Anthena testified before the Senate Committee on Environment and Public Works and contributed to various citywide planning coalitions. Earlier career highlights include strategic advising for Environmentalists of Color and administrative responsibilities at Delta Institute. Anthena holds a Bachelor of Science in Communications and Economics from Bradley University and a Program Certificate in Business Administration and Management from Loyola University Chicago.
