Aquatics Team

The Aquatics Team at Midwest Pool Management oversees the safety and enjoyment of patrons at our managed facilities. Lifeguards ensure a safe swimming environment, while Lifeguard Instructors and Head Lifeguards provide training and supervision. Swim Lesson Coordinators and Swim Instructors develop and execute swim programs, ensuring participants learn skills effectively. This team maintains high standards of safety, professionalism, and customer service across our diverse pool facilities.
