Chayan Gadia

Chayan Gadia is currently a Consulting Intern at Miebach Consulting Group, with previous experience as a Deputy Engineer at Bharat Electronics Limited, where notable achievements included managing the design and production of over 30,000 Oxygen Concentrators and receiving two awards for innovations that saved over 400 man-hours. Chayan also secured a design patent for a Rugged Tablet, significantly improving material and heat efficiency, and enhanced team productivity through automation and prototyping techniques. Prior experience includes an Engineering Internship at GE Aviation, contributing to an 80% reduction in design cycle time related to bird strike analysis. Chayan holds a PGDM in Operations and Supply Chain from SPJIMR and a Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical Engineering from IIT Dharwad.
