Jorge Tavora

Jorge Tavora is a seasoned Technical Support Manager with extensive experience in leadership roles across renowned companies in the consumer electronics and appliances sectors. Currently serving as Technical Support Manager at Miele since April 2019, Jorge previously held the position of Director of Tech Care at Laundrylux North America, where management of Tech Support and Triage Call Center operations was key. Jorge's background includes a significant tenure at Samsung Electronics America, overseeing technical support teams and service network operations, as well as a leadership role at Panasonic, supervising a call center focused on A/V equipment troubleshooting. Jorge holds an Associate’s Degree in Electrical, Electronic and Communications Engineering Technology from Suburban Technical School, obtained in 1987.
