Matt Rase

Matt Rase is an experienced manufacturing and operations professional with a diverse background in assembly and plant management. Currently serving as Assembly Manager at Milacron since December 2024, Matt previously held several key positions at FECON, including Plant Manager for the Specialty Products Group and Carrier Production Supervisor. Prior experience includes serving as Plant Manager at DEDIENNE AEROSPACE and General Manager of Operations at Addition Manufacturing Technologies, where responsibilities involved managing production and implementing machine build procedures. Early career roles include Field Service Manager at AddisonMckee & Eaton Leonard, overseeing field service engineers across North America, and equipment assembler. Education includes a degree in Computer Repair, Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from Laurel Oaks Development Center, complemented by a high school diploma from East Clinton High School.
