Jim Shea

Jim Shea is a seasoned mediator and arbitrator currently serving at Miles Mediation & Arbitration since January 2022. Additionally, Jim Shea has been with Guidant Legal Solutions, PLLC since January 2020, holding the dual roles of mediator, arbitrator, and contract in-house counsel. Jim Shea previously served as Chief Legal Officer and Chief Risk Officer at Adcomm, Inc. from January 2015 to February 2022, and as COO and General Counsel at Advanced Enterprises of Northwest Florida, Inc. prior to that. With a background as a partner at Shell, Fleming, Davis & Menge from April 2005 to June 2013 and experience as an associate at Galloway Johnson from 2003 to 2005, Jim Shea's legal career is underpinned by a J.D. from Emory University School of Law (1990) and a B.A. in History from Boston College (1987).
