Christopher Phillips

Christopher Phillips is an experienced professional currently serving as the Alert and Warning Center Supervisor at the Military Department Washington since May 2021, with previous roles including Interim Alert and Warning Center Supervisor and State Emergency Operations Officer. Prior to this position, Christopher gained valuable expertise in the U.S. Coast Guard from June 2014 to November 2019, serving as an Investigating Officer, where responsibilities included conducting marine casualty investigations and ensuring compliance with maritime regulations, along with various roles such as Marine Inspector and Port State Control Officer.
