Sehbar Khalaf

Sehbar Khalaf currently holds the position of Funktionsleder at Miljøstyrelsen, with responsibilities in biocides and GMO since May 2023. Previously, Sehbar served as a Fungerende funktionsleder and Specialkonsulent, as well as Toksikolog with a focus on PFAS, consumer projects, restrictions, and toxicological risk assessments. Additional experience includes roles as QA Specialist at Orifarm and Toksikolog and project leader at Miljøstyrelsen, with expertise in health hazard assessments, EU and national legislation, and political understanding. Early career experience includes a pharmacist position at Otterup and Søndersø Apotek and support roles at Syddansk Universitet. Education includes degrees in Teknologisk Farmaci and Farmaceut from Syddansk Universitet, alongside a STX in Naturvidenskab from Tornbjerg Gymnasium.
