Mandy Phan holds extensive experience in the insurance and reinsurance sectors, currently serving as a Senior Treaty Broker for the APAC region at Miller Insurance Services LLP. Previously, Mandy was a Senior Vice President at Guy Carpenter and held the position of Regional Country Manager at Hannover Re. Prior experience includes serving as Deputy Principal Officer and Divisional Director at Asia Reinsurance Brokers (ARB). Additionally, Mandy contributed as an Analyst for the Governance Transparency Index (GTI) at the Corporate Governance and Financial Reporting Centre at NUS, with the index published annually in the Business Times, Singapore.
