Eren E.

Eren E. is currently working in the Human Resources department at Milli Reasürans T.A.Ş since August 2023. Previously, Eren held the position of Human Resources Business Partner at HD Holding from July 2021 to September 2022, where responsibilities included managing norm staffing controls, preparing and publishing job advertisements for various positions, conducting both in-person and online interviews, overseeing reference checks, and ensuring smooth onboarding and orientation processes for new employees. Eren also tracked the adaptation periods of department employees and maintained candidate records in a database. In addition, Eren participated in employee engagement projects and facilitated monthly promotion discussions for field positions. Eren holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management from Istanbul University (2021-2023) and a Bachelor's degree from Okan University (2017-2021), along with an English Bachelor's degree from Kadir Has University (2016-2017).
