Willy Sandoval, MBA, CFE, CAMS, is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in internal audit and enterprise risk management. Currently serving as Vice President of Internal Audit & Enterprise Risk Management at Millicom (Tigo) since August 2020, Willy has successfully communicated critical audit and compliance assessments to various stakeholders and revamped the global enterprise risk management program. Prior experience includes roles such as Senior Director and Vice President of Risk & Internal Audit at Laureate International Universities, where Willy managed teams across 25 countries and developed strategic methodologies for effective risk management. Willy's career also encompasses significant contributions in forensic audit, compliance, and internal investigations at both Deloitte Financial Advisory Services LLP and Land-Ron, Inc. Educational qualifications include an MBA from The George Washington University School of Business and a BBA in Finance from Belmont University.
