Brent Delaney

Brent Delaney is a highly experienced legal professional specializing in M&A and private equity, currently serving as a Partner at Mills Oakley since July 2024. With prior partnership experience at Hamilton Locke from April 2018 to July 2024, Brent also held the role of Special Counsel in M&A at K&L Gates and served as Senior Associate at Sparke Helmore Lawyers. Earlier career positions include Corporate Development Manager and Company Secretary at YZ (International), Inc., and a Lawyer in Corporate and M&A at Blake Dawson.
