Andy Cook

Andy Cook is a partner at Southfield Capital Advisors, a firm Andy has been with since December 2002, which focuses on capital investment for majority recapitalizations and management-led buyouts of lower middle-market businesses. In addition to the role at Southfield Capital, Andy Cook has served as a board member for several companies, including Milrose Consultants, Inc., Protos Security, Vanguard Dealer Services, Tier One Relocation, TS3 Technology, Inc., BioPharm Communications, Jacobs & Thompson, RCR International Inc., and Total Fleet Solutions. Andy Cook holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Hamilton College, completed in 1999, and is a graduate of Lyme-Old Lyme High School, class of 1995.
