Hulya Kara

Hulya Kara is a skilled professional in the field of art education and technology integration, currently serving as a Technology Integrator and Art Teacher at Milton Academy since September 2016. With a background as a Gallery Instructor at the Museum of Fine Arts in Boston since 2012, Hulya has also contributed to Needham Public Schools as a Visual Arts Teacher from August 2020 to October 2022. Experience includes teaching at the British International School of Boston in 2019 and serving as the Docent Art Coordinator at Squantum Elementary School from 2011 to 2017. Additionally, Hulya held the position of Director/Instructor at Squantum Arts and Crafts from 2010 to 2013. Educational qualifications include a Master of Fine Arts (M.F.A.) in Visual and Environmental Arts from Istanbul Technical University and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Art Education from Marmara University.
