Angelo Dcruz is a seasoned Technical Project Manager and Service Manager at mindcurv group since June 2019, overseeing the Operations Team for a major client in Dusseldorf, Germany. Responsibilities include establishing a new team for SaaS operations on AWS, managing people, preparing performance reports, driving continuous service improvement, and ensuring GDPR compliance. Angelo possesses hands-on experience with AWS, Hybris, Instana, Grafana, Kibana, and Okta, while adhering to the ITIL framework to enhance operational efficiency. Prior to mindcurv, Angelo served as a Global Service Manager at BT from August 2011 to May 2019, where responsibilities encompassed end-to-end service management for top accounts and handling critical incident escalation.
