Johanna Sahlberg currently serves as the Global Head of Customer Service at Mindler, a position held since September 2024. Prior to this role, Johanna held various positions at Tanrevel, including Head of Customer Experience & Education and Head of Customer Support, from August 2022 to August 2024. At Insurello, from February 2019 to July 2022, Johanna was responsible for overseeing a team of 18 customer service agents and played a key role in establishing the customer service system. Earlier experience includes serving as Customer Service Manager and Supervisor at Tradera, where Johanna managed both in-house and outsourced teams, and worked on developing FAQ databases. Johanna also has a background in insurance as a Certified Insurance Advisor at Gradén Mattsson AB and experience in the hospitality industry as a Shift Leader at Espresso House Group. Education was completed at NTI Gymnasiet from 2004 to 2007.
