Heather Eldridge

Heather (Huitt) Eldridge serves as the Regional Rehab Director and Occupational Therapist at Minds Matter LLC since May 2016. Previous experience includes roles as a Yoga Instructor at Lifetime Fitness and New Day Yoga Studio, teaching various styles of yoga to enhance students' physical and mental well-being. Heather has extensive experience as a Corporate Health and Wellness Specialist at Quest Diagnostics, implementing employee wellness programs for corporate clients. Early career roles include Pharmaceutical Sales Representative at AstraZeneca and Pharmacy Technician at UAMS, St. Vincent, and Arkansas Children's Hospitals. Heather holds a Master of Occupational Therapy from the University of Kansas Medical Center and a Bachelor of Science in Biology and Chemistry from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock.
