Francine Parham

Francine Parham is currently an Advisor at MindStand Technologies. Prior to this, they were a Contributor at Forbes Coaches Council from January 2017 to February 2018. Her focus was on the advancement of women in the workplace, writing about their experiences as a female leader and navigating through the unwritten and unspoken rules of career success. Before that, they were with FrancineParham & Co. As for their previous work experience, they were with Johnson & Johnson from March 2004 to July 2011 where they were Global Vice President Human Resources. Francine was responsible for leading human resources function of a fully integrated P&L comprised of direct employees, multiple contract employees and distributors in the Medical Devices sector. Francine was later promoted to global human resource leader with responsibility for scientific leaders and employees for the entire Consumer sector of Johnson and Johnson. Senior Human Resources Manager at GE Aviation from December 2000 to December 2002 and Corporate Auditor at GE from December 1998 to December 1999. Lastly, they were Vice President, Global Employer of Choice at GE Capital from December 2002 to February 2004.

Francine Parham has a Master of Science from Columbia University in Journalism, a Certificate of Completion from Harvard Business School in Non-Profit/Public/Organizational Management, a Master of Arts from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign in Labor and Employment Relations, and a Bachelor of Arts from Purdue University in Communication and Psychology.
