Niloufer (Nilo) O Yeo is an accomplished product and brand designer with extensive experience across various organizations, currently serving as a Product Designer at Mindvalley since July 2024. Nilo has led design projects through entire product lifecycles, focusing on user experience strategies in collaboration with product and engineering teams. Previously, as a Brand Communication Strategist at Komunity Design, Nilo integrated social impact solutions into design projects, significantly boosting sales through social media engagement. Nilo's background includes roles as a Product Designer at EngageRocket, where a design component library was developed, and as a UI/UX Designer at VisionGroup Corporation, where effective user story workshops were conducted. Early career achievements include a successful rebranding at Instantestore and freelance design projects for veterinary clinics in Singapore. Nilo holds a Bachelor of Business in Economics & Finance from RMIT University and a Diploma in Management Studies from the Singapore Institute of Management.
