Pavlina Spasovska

Pavlina Spasovska is the Project Lead for Battery Materials at Minespider. Pavlina has over 4 years of experience working in production management, and was previously the Production Manager at PRG Plc from February 2016 to July 2020. At PRG Plc, Pavlina was in charge of managing the production starting from sourcing of raw materials to its processing and placement of final products for the end client in line with the OECD guidance and legal requirements for the conflict-free minerals sector.

Pavlina's responsibilities included supervising and planning the weekly and monthly production processes and work schedule in coordination with the General Refinery Manager, assessing costs and resources, monitoring product standards and quality-control, coordinating activities among different internal parties and external stakeholders, cooperating with shift managers to achieve goals, enforcing environmental, health and safety practices throughout the company as well as aiding in obtaining all the necessary permits for production based on local regulation, coordinating conflict-free compliance assessment and documentation from the supplier and for the client, being the primary point of contact for the end client involving managing the product delivery process until shipment to client is completed, and overseeing, influencing and reviewing team performance as well as recognising and proposing requirements for trainings and specialisation.

Pavlina Spasovska has a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in General Management from The University of Sheffield International Faculty, CITY College. Pavlina also has a Bachelor's Degree in E-Business from Univerzitet 'Sv. Kiril in Metódij' vo Skopje. In addition, they have certification from CITY College, University of York Europe Campus in Big data-Business Analytics and from Coursera in International Organizations Management.
