Lise Mareschal

Lise Mareschal, PROSCI, Coach, M.Eng., is a seasoned professional specializing in transformation, change management, and organizational culture. Currently serving as a Transformation, Change and Culture Consultant at Edgenda and a Business Transformation Consultant at the Ministère de l'Éducation du Québec, Lise brings extensive experience from various organizations, including roles as Change Management Specialist at Agropur and CDPQ Infra, and Business Transformation Consultant at Hydro Québec. With a strong background in managing change initiatives, Lise has played pivotal roles in leading change management strategies for projects involving SAP and Workday, among others.
