Dr. Aseel Almansour

Dr. Aseel Almansour is the General Manager of the National Urban Observatory at the Ministry of Municipal and Rural Affairs and Housing, where Dr. Aseel spearheaded the establishment and activation of the observatory to promote data-driven urban planning. Dr. Aseel has previously worked as an Advisor to the President at GASTAT and as a Senior Research Officer at the International Monetary Fund. Dr. Almansour holds a Ph.D. in Statistical Science from Florida State University.
