Sameer Hamood

Sameer Hamood is an experienced application programmer and database administrator at the Ministry of Municipal and Rural Affairs and Housing since February 2017. Sameer has also held the position of Senior Data Engineer at momra (Ministry Of Municipal & Rural Affairs) since April 2017. Additionally, Sameer has been working as an Oracle DBA at Horizon Group since May 2015. Sameer holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Taiz University, obtained between 2007 and 2012.
