Founded in 1997 Minnesota Alliance With Youth is a leading convener, collaborator, and capacity-builder for youth development in Minnesota. The Alliance’s work is driven by three core values; Equity, Quality and Collaboration.  We work with and for youth to ensure that all young people have access to the fundamental resources proven to ensure that youth succeed– the “Five Promises“– Caring Adults, Safe Places, a Healthy Start, Effective Education, and Opportunities to Help Others. The Alliance is a state partner of America’s Promise Alliance and proud AmeriCorps partner.

The Program Management team at Minnesota Alliance With Youth is responsible for overseeing and coordinating various youth development initiatives and programs. This team ensures effective implementation and evaluation of projects aimed at promoting equitable access to education, integrating youth voice in decision-making, and fostering collaboration among stakeholders. By managing recruitment, service operations, and program evaluation, they help build impactful frameworks that support young people in achieving their goals.
