Shane Lázaro Marshall

Shane Lázaro Marshall is currently the Community Engagement Manager at Minnesota Aurora FC since October 2023. Previously, Marshall served as Program Manager at Public Allies Twin Cities and Nutritional Services Manager at The Sanneh Foundation, where responsibilities included coordinating staff, managing food distributions, and maintaining inventory. Prior experience as a professional soccer player includes tenures at Golfito FC, Stode IF, and Vrigstad IF. Additional roles include Delivery Driver at Bite Squad and Bar Back at Seven The Steakhouse, where organizational skills and customer satisfaction were prioritized. Marshall also contributed as an Assistant Coach at Fit Studio, promoting fitness and safety, and gained experience as a Sports Medicine Assistant at the University of St. Thomas, supporting injured athletes.
