Carlos Seoane

Carlos Seoane is an accomplished entrepreneur and executive with extensive experience in management and strategic relationships. As Co-founder and CEO of Extempore since 2018, Carlos has enabled the platform to be utilized by hundreds of educational institutions for ESL and World Languages programs. In addition, Carlos serves as a Director on the Board of the Minnesota Chamber of Commerce. Previously, Carlos held various leadership roles at Thomson Reuters for over 13 years, including Vice President and General Manager, where responsibilities encompassed overseeing commercial relationships and leading integration efforts for multiple acquisitions globally. Carlos' background also features experience as an Application Development Manager at ELLIS Publications. Educational credentials include a JD in Law from Universidad Complutense de Madrid, an MLE in Law and International Law from Leibniz Universität Hannover, and a Graduate program from Leadership MN.
