Bob Johnson

Bob Johnson currently serves as the Legislative Liaison and Planning Section Chief for the Minnesota Department of Health, focusing on the incident command for the COVID-19 response since March 2009. Prior experience includes roles as a Planner/Project Manager for the Minnesota e-Health Initiative and a project consultant at the University of Minnesota, as well as a program analyst at The White House and internships at AS Biss & Co. and other organizations. Bob Johnson holds a Master of Public Policy in Foreign Policy from the Humphrey School of Public Affairs at the University of Minnesota and was a Hansard Scholar at The London School of Economics and Political Science, specializing in Public Policy and Politics.
