Michael Boettcher

Michael Boettcher currently holds the position of Operations Bureau Coordinator and Senior Health Program Manager at the Minnesota Department of Health since January 2021. Prior to this, Michael accumulated extensive experience at the Naval Criminal Investigative Service (NCIS) from September 2008 to January 2021, serving in various roles including Special Representative, Congressional Liaison, Congressional Fellow, Team Lead (Detailee to the FBI), Senior Intelligence Analyst, Supervisory Intelligence Specialist for the Middle East and Horn of Africa Division, and Intelligence Specialist for the same division. Michael's academic credentials include a Certificate in Legislative Studies from Georgetown University, a Master of Science in Public Policy with a focus on Peace Operations from George Mason University's Schar School of Policy and Government, and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science with minors in Middle Eastern Studies and Philosophy from Knox College.
