Taylor Stiff

Taylor Stiff is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in staffing and recruitment. Currently serving as the Human Resources Director of Staffing at the Minnesota Department of Health since June 2022, Taylor previously held the position of Human Resources Manager for Direct Care and Treatment Recruitment at the Minnesota Department of Human Services from November 2017 to June 2022. Prior to these roles, Taylor worked at Wipro Limited as a Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition, overseeing full life cycle recruiting for IT professionals, and at Infocrossing in talent acquisition supporting ERP projects. Additional experience includes serving as an Account Manager at Softlink Solutions and a Staffing Consultant at Dolphin Staffing. Taylor holds education credentials from Century College, completed between 1991 and 1994.
