Malcolm McVay

Malcolm McVay is the Vice President of Operations at Merge Electric Fleet Solutions, a role held since March 2021, where the focus is on supporting the transition to electric vehicles through operational and financial services. As the Founder and Principal of Greenshift since November 2015, Malcolm also serves as a member of the Board of Directors for Minnwest Corporation and participates in the Governance Committee. An active investor with The Fund since July 2022, Malcolm contributed to the board of advisors for Parthian Energy, a Caltech spinoff specializing in battery technologies, between 2020 and 2021. Previous roles include Regional Director for Land Life Company, Ready-for-EV Business Lead at EVgo, and strategic partnerships at AeroVironment. Malcolm holds an MBA from UCLA Anderson School of Management and a BA from Columbia University.
