Willem Hagedoorn

Willem Hagedoorn is an accomplished hotel management professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across several prestigious hotel brands. Currently serving as the Deputy Hotel Director at Minor Hotels, Willem is involved in the pre-opening of the NH Collection Helsinki Grand Hansa, the first Minor Hotels property in Finland. Previous roles include Interim Deputy Hotel Director at a vibrant hub in Brussels and Operations Manager at the historic Tivoli Amsterdam Doelen Hotel. Willem's experience also encompasses positions at NH Hotel Group, Centara Hotels & Resorts, and Hotel Equatorial Penang, along with a strong foundation in hotel operations and management gained from Dusit International. Willem holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Hotel Management from Hotelschool The Hague.
