Sophia Carrascal

Sophia Carrascal is currently serving as a Practicante de Comunicación Interna, Clima organizacional y experiencia al colaborador at Compartamos Financiera since November 2023. Prior to this role, Sophia worked as a Practicante at the Instituto de Investigación Científica (IDIC) at Universidad de Lima from April 2023 to November 2023, assisting with information registration, training sessions, report production, and internal and external dissemination efforts.
