Roger Shaw

Roger Shaw, SPHR, currently serves as the Global Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Mintel, a position held since April 2015. With extensive experience in human resources, Roger has previously held leadership roles including Midwest HR Director at Hub International and People Manager at CN Railway's Stellar Distribution Services. Roger began their HR career at Mintel International Group Ltd. as the US HR Director before consulting roles at Sears and Motorola. Roger holds a Master’s degree in Human Resource and Industrial Relations and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, both from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
