Maun Demchenko

Maun Demchenko is an experienced director and project manager in the real estate development sector, currently serving as Director of Development at Minto Group since August 2020, after progressing through several key roles within the organization. Prior to Minto, Demchenko was a Project Manager at Greenland Group Canada, leading pre-construction efforts for a design team on various development projects. Previous experience includes project management at Wallman Architects, where responsibilities encompassed large-scale mixed-use projects, as well as roles at Peter A. Gabor Associates and the WayFinding Group at the University of Waterloo. Early career milestones include serving as Media and Public Relations Director for the North House project at the U.S. Department of Energy Solar Decathlon and working as a Project Coordinator at HLW. Demchenko holds a Master of Architecture and an Honours Bachelor of Architectural Studies from the University of Waterloo.
