Mark Ruebsamen

Mark Ruebsamen is an experienced construction operations professional currently serving as the Managing Director of Construction Operations at Miramar Capital Advisors since July 2020. As Principal at Cedargate Real Estate Consulting since January 2009, Mark provides construction project management services for private equity projects. Previous roles include Manager at Mill Creek Residential Trust LLC, where responsibilities included establishing a new regional office and overseeing mixed-use luxury residential developments. Mark also held leadership positions as Vice President at Triad Communities and JSM Enterprises, focusing on multifamily housing and various redevelopment projects.
