David Pauls

David Pauls is an experienced engineering and program management professional with a robust background in the defense sector. Currently serving as the Chief of DES Program Control at the Missile Defense Agency, David leads a team dedicated to program management and technical planning for modeling and simulation needs. Prior roles include Senior Systems Engineer/Analyst at AEgis Technologies, where David supported and managed enterprise-level M&S initiatives, and Engineering Manager at Northrop Grumman Corporation, overseeing the PARCS IPT on the AFLCMC/HBQ SMORS program. David's defense experience also includes significant positions at U.S. Air Force Space Command and U.S. Space Command, with a strong emphasis on satellite and cyber technology, operations, and engineering. David holds a Master's degree in Space Systems Engineering from the Naval Postgraduate School and a Bachelor's degree in Physics from Eastern Washington University.
