Jackie Mines

Jackie Mines is a seasoned professional in public safety communications, currently serving as a Senior Public Safety Consultant at Mission Critical Partners, LLC since January 2018, with expertise in Next Generation 911 (NG911), FirstNet, and communications interoperability. Previously, Jackie held leadership positions at the Minnesota Department of Public Safety, including Director of the Division of Emergency Communication Networks, overseeing the implementation of critical public safety communication networks, and 911 Program Manager, managing the state's 911 Program and ensuring compliance with standards. Jackie began a career in telecommunications with roles such as Product Manager at Qwest and Program Manager at Norstan Communications, focusing on PBX and Call Center technologies, and contributed to the early integration of PBX systems with 911 networks as a Sales Representative for Telident. Educational background includes a degree from the University of St. Thomas and graduation from Cedar Catholic High School.
