Ryan Schramm

Ryan Schramm is an experienced security and loss prevention professional with a solid background in surveillance and asset protection. Currently serving as a Surveillance Operator at MGM Springfield since July 2023, Ryan has previously held roles at Amazon as a Loss Prevention Specialist and at Bluetracs LLC in various capacities including Monitoring Specialist Team Lead. Ryan's extensive experience includes responding to alarms, conducting remote site patrols, and managing access to residential properties. Additional roles at Macy's, Security Industry Specialists, and Target have provided a deep understanding of theft prevention, incident management, and team development. Ryan holds an Associate of Science degree in Criminal Justice and Corrections from Quinsigamond Community College and has pursued further education at Southern New Hampshire University.
