Zsuzsa Ivan

Zsuzsa Ivan is a seasoned compliance and risk management professional with extensive experience across various financial institutions. Currently serving as a Senior Regulatory Compliance Advisor at Mission Lane since January 2019, Zsuzsa has played a pivotal role in developing the Compliance Management Framework and overseeing key components of the Compliance Program. Previous roles include Compliance Program Manager at LendUp, where Zsuzsa focused on regulatory changes, and a consultant at Robert Half International, providing risk management and compliance expertise to major U.S. banks. Zsuzsa also held significant positions at Citi, including Risk Manager for the EMEA region and Internal Auditor, as well as Head of Internal Control, managing teams across diverse operational functions. Zsuzsa began the professional career as an External Auditor at PwC after earning a Master's degree in Economics and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Corvinus University of Budapest.
