Becky Barham, PHR, SHRM-SCP, currently serves as the Human Resources Director at Mitchell Hamline School of Law since November 2023. Prior to this role, Barham held the position of Human Resources Manager at the City of Bloomington, MN from April 2018 to October 2023 and worked as a Human Resources Consultant from January 2017 to April 2018. Barham's extensive experience includes roles at Emerson Climate Technologies, Minnesota State University, Mankato, South Dakota State University, Cabela's, and Dakota Wesleyan University, encompassing various human resources leadership positions. Barham is a Doctoral Candidate in Human Resources Management at Capella University and holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources and two Bachelor’s degrees in Psychology and Alcohol & Drug Abuse Studies from the University of South Dakota.
